Our most shared and beloved blend, Herbal Defense echinacea tea features a thoughtful mix of petals, leaves, flowers, and roots that herbalists have used for centuries during cold and flu season. Tasting of chamomile, ginger, and peppermint with a whisper of rose, this loose-leaf blend is the perfect brew for when you’re traveling, feel stressed and depleted, or suspect you’ve been exposed to unwanted germs.

TO MAKE

To steep a comforting cup of our Herbal Defense echinacea tea, add 1 tablespoon of the loose-leaf blend to a strainer placed within a mug and topped with just-boiled water. Cover and let steep for up to 10 minutes before removing the strainer and enjoying. Sweeten with local honey, if desired.

If you suspect you’re coming down with something, sip up to 5 cups of this tea throughout the day to infuse your body with extra herbal support.
